  Do not hire this company. They are pushy and over priced. They charged my uncle $6000 to install $600 worth of hardwood flooring (2017). To their credit: they took responsibility for the shoddy work of their subcontractor because the floor was so poorly installed the first time, they did fix it.

  Do Not Use this contractor they will take your money and disappear. When I hired Hip and Ridge they we're happy to take my money but after 5 weeks if waiting for them to start I found out they didn't even order me supplies. When I went to get my money back I was threatened and all they did was insult me and commenting on my rosacea. The only way I got my money back was to threaten to turn them into the IRS for fraud and tax evasion. Everyone who has been taken advantage of by a contractor needs to complete an IRS form 3949-A to report fraud. If a contractor is shady, completing and submitting this IRS form will send the IRS in to do a complete audit of the contractors books. For those who have already spent thousands of dollars you will need to ask the contractor for a W-9 which gives you the business EIN which you will use to complete a 1099 at the end of the year to let the IRS know what you have paid said contractor. This may keep the contractor honest. Remember it was not all the murders that sent Al Capone to prison it was not filing and paying his taxes. Using the methods above helped me to get 90% my money back.
